Horton is a seasoned sales executive with 25 years of extensive protein training, beginning his career with one year at National Beef followed by 24 years of progressive roles and responsibilities with Sysco. He is well-versed in steak and seafood proteins and has attended several Certified Angus Beef (CAB) training seminars. In his role as Vice President of Sales at Sysco, Horton drove growth through the development of new market segments and was responsible for product development, revising item assortments, and product innovation to fit each segment.
Horton received his B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Missouri State University.
