May 30, 2018 – McDermott & Bull is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Chris Hodges as Vice President of Customer Experience with J.D. Power, the global leader in market research.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Craig Lipus, Partner; Garrett Lipus, Principal Consultant; and Tara Steven, Senior Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull. Hodges, an experienced customer experience and digital leader, joins J.D. Power from West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consulting firm. As the Director of Customer Experience and Digital, he was responsible for building the customer experience practice and worked with clients across multiple industries on customer measurement strategies, driving brand impression, and enterprising their online/digital presence. Hodges has previous experience at Curvature as the Vice President of Global Services Sales & Strategies; Infosys as a Senior Principal, where he built three new platform offerings for the firm; and Accenture, as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience.
Hodges received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
